How we keep product analysis useful

RefreshBuy exists to help shoppers compare products before leaving for a marketplace. Our editorial policy explains how we separate analysis, affiliate links, and marketplace data.

1. We add context beyond product listings

Our pages are designed to summarize review patterns, buying fit, tradeoffs, category context, and value signals. A product page should still help a shopper even if they do not click an affiliate link.

2. Affiliate relationships are disclosed

RefreshBuy participates in affiliate programs including Amazon Associates. If a shopper clicks a marketplace link and makes a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission. This does not change the price paid by the shopper.

3. Marketplace data can change

Prices, discounts, stock status, ratings, and review counts can change after our last update. We show analysis based on the data available to us at the time of page generation or refresh.

4. We prioritize user usefulness

We avoid presenting every product as equally recommended. Our goal is to make strengths, weaknesses, intended use cases, and alternatives clear enough for shoppers to make a faster decision.
